Join SOSLAP on Saturday, October 16 for the Michigan fall tradition of apple picking. We will meet at Clearview Orchards in Haslett at 3pm (1051 Barry Rd). U-pick apples are priced at $20/half bushel (~20lbs) or $12/peck (~10lbs); you may want to split with a friend (the orchard takes cash, credit and check). After we’ve finished picking apples, we will stop at the cider mill at Barkham Creek Farms (181 Haslett Rd) on the way back for some cider and donuts. Both farms also have pumpkins and farm stand items available for purchase. Please RSVP here so we know you’re coming.
