The Linguistics Student Organization invites you to join us for our 2021 alumni event centered around careers in linguistics!

Our alumni guest speaker, Jonathan Choti (Ph.D,2015), is an Assistant Professor of African Languages and Cultures here at MSU. His workshop on Saturday will be on finding a job and thriving as a professor and will focus on the application process, using your degree in the workplace, teaching linguistics, language, and culture, and managing small programs. Join us Friday afternoon to meet Jonathan, hear about his workshop, and attend our grad students’ 5-minutelightning research talk competition, which he will judge.
