Attn: Lovers of Poetry & Pie! You are invited to enjoy both poetry & pie at a reading featuring local favorites, Chana Kraus-Friedberg and Isabella Mansfield. The event, hosted by the Lansing Poetry Club, will also feature an Open Mic!

The reading will take place on Sunday, Oct. 16, at 4 PM, in the Copper Chimney Lounge of the University United Methodist Church (UUMC), 1120 South Harrison Rd., in East Lansing.

Kraus-Friedberg and Mansfield are both winners of the Ritzenhein Award for Emerging Poets.

The Open Mic will take place after the featured poets. Participants wishing to share a poem are invited to throw their names in the basket at the Gate.

The event is free and open to the public. Ample parking is available behind the church.
