The secret to choosing a career you’ll enjoy is keeping your strengths, skills, and values in mind. While money can be a big factor in choosing a career path, other factors like location, work setting, or population of people you work with also play a big role.

In this workshop we will explore your skills and values through assessments and reflection tools to identify not just what you’re good at, but what kind of work environments and outcomes actually matter to you. Then, we’ll dive into O*NET—the industry-standard occupational database—to match your unique profile directly with real-world careers.

You’ll walk away knowing more about your strengths, careers that align with you, and actionable strategies to build the skills you need for where you want to go.
