The Writing Center is pleased to welcome Dustin Hunt, a local artist and founder of Muralmatics, who will be speaking about the creation of our new Land & Community Mural on Wednesday, February 4, from 3-5 PM in Bessey 300. 

We’ll hear from Dustin about the participatory process of collaboratively designing and creating this mural together as a campus community. The mural centers community, care, Michigan land, and Indigenous storytelling through multimedia activities. 

Join us in recognition and celebration of all the people who made this possible. Hear from the artist, interact with the mural, and enjoy food and community. We hope you can join us!
