As a result of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Decipher the broad purpose and structure of a typical personal statement;
Effectively articulate and illustrate the ways their interests and experiences have prepared them for advanced degree programs; and
Recognize how to tailor and enhance their statement through additional documents (addendums, essays, etc.).
