International students, join us to learn how to effectively prepare for the many forms U.S. interviews continue to take (in-person, virtual, asynchronous). As a result of this session, students will be able to:

• Understand U.S. professional norms, including “small talk,” body language, and the perspective and behavior of interviewers
• Identify appropriate resources available to advance their interviewing skills.
• Apply the PARK/STAR method to their own experiences to effectively answer behavioral-based interview questions.
• Articulate best practices of interviewing and how to enact them in an interview setting.
